Simplify Life & Get Back to the Essentials of Existence!

Welcome December 9, 2012

Along with good food and clean water – rest is one of our basic needs.

It is Essential to our Existence.
I’m here to remind you to habitually rest in the midst of this blizzard of a life.
Rest, in the form of relaxation and rejuvenation.

YOU must take rest into your own hands, because no one else can do it for you.
Proactive people make time for Wellness.

Nutrition, connection, creation and reflection on who I am and what we want to be to this world

have collectively unlocked the key to my own Habitual Self Wellness.

I’m here to help guide you to living a life balanced in body, mind and spirit.

Although it is not for me to decide what it is that makes your life worth living or what will make you feel a sense of Wellness,

I will share with you all the tips and tricks I’ve learned along my path to habitual self wellness.

Nudges in a direction that will help you embrace habitual positivity.

You are always free to choose to interpret what you wills from my message.

Take what is useful and dismiss anything that insults your soul.

I’m here to help you on your way to Habitual Self Wellness
with Easy Stress Management Techniques and Realistic Reflections on how to
build your life around what really matters to you.

First and foremost, we must focus on the Essentials of Existence – so get yourself a big glass of water,
take a few deep breaths, and check out our Reflection Essentials.
Be Well!

(Stay tuned … In early 2013 I will introduce my
Tried and True Relaxation Massage Technique Essentials!
For both individuals and partners.)
